Wir suchen jemanden, der unserer Marke dort eine Stimme gibt: eigene Ideen, schnelle Schnitte, echte Streetwear. Befristet auf 12 Monate ab 01.01.2027, vor Ort in Augsburg. Deine Aufgaben TikToks und Reels von der Idee bis zum fertigen Schnitt umsetzen Trends früh erkennen und in BEAHATER-Content übersetzen Community und Kommentare im Blick behalten Contentplan und Posting-Rhythmus führen Kampagnen und Aktionen im Marketing mitplanen Auswerten, was ankommt, und Formate weiterentwickeln Das bringst du mit Sicher im Umgang mit TikTok, Instagram und gängigen Schnittprogrammen Gespür für Trends, Musik und kurze Geschichten Streetwear-Gefühl und Lust, auch selbst vor der Kamera zu stehen Eigeninitiative, Tempo und Zuverlässigkeit Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Drehs vor Ort in Augsburg Was du bekommst 14 bis 16 Euro pro Stunde Mitarbeiter-Rabatt auf unsere Kollektionen Flexible Zeiteinteilung Kurze Wege und direkte Abstimmung mit dem Gründer Bewerbung Zeig uns zwei bis drei eigene Videos oder deinen Portfolio-Link.
