Als Teamleiter:in einer unserer Gelaterie «schmeisst du den Laden» gemeinsam mit deinem Team und sorgst dafür, dass das Quartier stets mit Gelato versorgt ist. 🍦✨ Aufgaben 👥 Personelle Führung Erste Ansprechperson für dein Team vor Ort Vorbild sein: mit anpacken, Verantwortung übernehmen, wertschätzendes Klima schaffen Einsatzplanung inkl. Personalkosten im Griff behalten Mitarbeitergespräche führen – an guten wie an schwierigen Tagen Wissen weitergeben: neue Kolleg:innen einarbeiten, bestehendes Team schulen Teamsitzungen organisieren – für Weiterentwicklung und Teamgeist 🍨 Produktion & Planung Mitwirken in der Gelato-Produktion und Qualität sicherstellen Sauberkeit & Hygiene konsequent umsetzen und einfordern Produktionsplanung nach Wetterlage organisieren Produktion mit anderen Standorten in der Stadt koordinieren 💁♀️ Verkauf & Gästeservice Gastgeber:in an der Vitrine sein – Stammgäste erkennen, Lieblingssorten kennen Bei Hochbetrieb den Überblick behalten und Tempo machen Verkaufslokal mitgestalten und für einen tollen Gesamteindruck sorgen 💻 Administration Routiniert am Laptop &…
