Les missions du poste Intégré au sein du service projet, vous accompagnez notre croissance en France et en Europe. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié pour réaliser l'accompagnement de nos clients, professionnels de santé, dans l'appropriation et la mise en oeuvre de notre logiciel d’imagerie PACS. Votre quotidien dans nos équipes : Paramétrage et installation Coordonner avec le client et les équipes techniques la reprise des données si nécessaire Mettre en œuvre la solution dans le contexte client par le paramétrage et la personnalisation Former les référents clients et les assister en phase de personnalisation, de démarrage, et d’optimisation Formation et assistance Préparer et animer des sessions de formation à l’utilisation de notre logiciel et des stations d’interprétation Xplore View Assurer un premier niveau de support aux utilisateurs en phase de démarrage et post démarrage Assurer le suivi de la relation et la satisfaction client Développement de la solution Participer à l’évolution de notre solution via le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités et modules en partageant votre expérience terrain avec les équipes produits et R&D Contribuer au dé…
