Pour notre lancement, nous recherchons un Directeur Académique / Lead Coach pour piloter la vision pédagogique, structurer nos programmes et assurer l'excellence des contenus et coachs. Garant de la qualité et de l’impact des formations, il jouera un rôle central dans la construction de notre ADN pédagogique, alliant exigence académique, approche terrain et innovation digitale. Ce poste s’adresse à un professionnel expérimenté, passionné par la transmission, capable de fédérer une équipe de formateurs et de concevoir des parcours transformants pour un public en évolution ou reconversion. Vos missions Pilotage pédagogique Concevoir et structurer les parcours de formation (objectifs, contenus, évaluations). Mettre à jour les programmes selon les besoins du marché et des apprenants. Assurer la cohérence entre théorie, pratique et accompagnement individuel. Encadrement et management Recruter, former et animer l’équipe de formateurs et coachs.
