About the role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Integration Engineer to lead the process of identifying, characterizing and solving interdisciplinary issues that we receive back from the field. This pivotal role requires a hands-on engineer who can bridge the gap between software, electronics, and mechanical design to ensure structured and efficient solving of field issues. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products not only meet but exceed performance expectations by establishing robust integration processes and actively improving our systems based on real-world operational data. You will own key customer-facing deliverables, including documentation and diagnostic tools, and will be a primary technical point of contact for external partners.
