Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende stage vanaf januari/ februari 2027 waarin je echt impact maakt? Bij BAS kun je kiezen voor een stage met een organisatiebreed verbeterproject, een stage in recruitment, of een combinatie van beide. Zo stem je de stage af op jouw opleiding en ambities. Optie 1: Project organisatiehandboek Ons organisatiehandboek op AFAS InSite sluit niet meer optimaal aan op de behoeften van medewerkers. Daarom gaan we het volledig vernieuwen. Jij begeleidt dit project van A tot Z: van analyse tot een nieuw, actueel handboek waar de hele organisatie dagelijks gebruik van maakt. De huidige situatie en informatiebehoefte van medewerkers analyseren; Een nieuwe structuur ontwerpen en content actualiseren; Het handboek implementeren in AFAS InSite en een beheerproces opzetten. Optie 2: Recruitment en employer branding Wil jij liever het talent van morgen binnenhalen? Dan draai je mee met ons recruitmentteam en zorg je dat BAS zichtbaar is bij studenten en starters. Events bij en met scholen opzetten en bijwonen, zoals carrièrebeurzen, open dagen en gastlessen; Contacten met opleidingen onderhouden en uitbouwen; Ondersteunen bij het werven van stagiairs en starters…
