About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior People Advisor to join us, acting as the dedicated HR lead for our Marine and Terminal Services (MATS) business area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational leaders, managing complex employee relations matters, supporting organisational change and helping to build management capability. As Senior People Advisor – MATS, you will be the primary HR contact for managers and employees across the division, providing expert advice and practical support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will lead on complex employee relations matters, support workforce planning and organisational change, build strong relationships with managers, and help develop leadership capability across the business.
