What you will do Melotech is scaling fast, and organic reach is one of the engines behind it. As Organic Growth Lead, you own that engine end to end: the creators, the formats, the trends and the numbers behind them. This is an organic growth role first, measured on how much reach every hour and every euro brings back. You work directly with our founders, our Growth Manager, product and data team. Today that means a steady stream of new products that each deserve a shot at going viral across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Your first job is to build the machine behind that: find the creators and communities that move culture, turn what works into repeatable playbooks, and run more experiments in a week than most teams run in a quarter.
