Wir haben bereits einen standardisierten Hiring-Prozess, du gestaltest ihn mit deinem Tech-Recruiting-Know-how aktiv weiter. Dabei unterstützt dich ein modernes, AI-gestütztes Setup mit Ashby als ATS, Metaview als AI-Notetaker sowie Claude, Notion und Gemini.
