About the role Hi, my name is Diep N, VP, Finance at Customer.io, and I'm looking for a Global Controller to take the close, the books, and our control environment and make them theirs. We're a global, remote-first, private company built on subscription and usage-based revenue, and as we grow we need a controller who can lead the team already in place and sharpen the fundamentals. You'll lead a team of ~7, growing, across revenue accounting, close, AP/AR, payroll, and treasury, and partner closely with me and, given our CFO's broad remit, with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, IT, HR, and Engineering.
