Your role at Veezu: As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing several account-based customers across the country. This incudes taking ownership and delivery of ongoing account plans, account profitability, contract management and the escalation of service standards. You will play a key role in the onboarding and retention of new and current businesses account customers through your dedicated book of business, assisting with complex queries and complaints.
