Role Purpose We are looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our clinical teams in Germany. This is a delivery-focused role: you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and close, across a range of clinical and medical roles. They deliver the care that helps our members start their preventative health journey, so every hire directly shapes the quality of that care.
