Bootcamp Admission Team Remote · Vollzeit · Digitale Leute School (DL Education GmbH) Hilf Menschen dabei, ihre Karriere neu zu starten – und begleite sie bis zum Ja. Jeden Tag melden sich Menschen bei uns, die etwas verändern wollen: rein in Product Management, Product Design oder AI Software Engineering. Du bist die Person, die sie durch diese Entscheidung führt von der ersten Frage bis zur Anmeldung ins passende Bootcamp. Das ist Beratung mit viel Gesprächsvolumen. Du telefonierst und videocallst den ganzen Tag und für die richtigen Menschen ist genau das das Schönste am Job. Aufgaben Was du machst Du führst persönliche Beratungsgespräche und verstehst, was jemand wirklich braucht. Du empfiehlst das passende Bootcamp und begleitest sicher bis zur verbindlichen Anmeldung. Du hilfst bei der Förderung über die Agentur für Arbeit (Bildungsgutschein) – bis zur Rechnung. Du bleibst dran: Du betreust deine Interessenten verlässlich über den gesamten Weg. Du pflegst alles sauber im CRM und teilst deine Insights mit Marketing & Programmleitung.
