Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n und ambitionierte/n (Senior) Finance & Accounting Manager (m/w/d), der/die unser Finanzteam stärkt, die vorbereitende Buchhaltung eigenverantwortlich steuert und als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen operativer Finanzebene und Geschäftsführung agiert. Mit deinem kaufmännischen Verständnis und deiner Hands-on-Mentalität bringst du Ordnung, Effizienz und Struktur in unser stark wachsendes Agenturumfeld. Fühlst du dich angesprochen? Deine Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Buchhaltung & Belegmanagement: Du steuerst das gesamte Beleg- und Rechnungswesen, prüfst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen und arbeitest eng mit unserem Steuerberater für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse zusammen. Prozess- & Datenpflege: Du digitalisierst und optimierst unsere Finanzprozesse, pflegst Stammdaten gewissenhaft und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
