Deine Aufgaben Das macht Deinen Job spannend und interessant – Deine Aufgaben! 1st und 2nd Level Support im Client-Management (O365, M365, AzureAD,…) Administration, Support von Clients und Anwender Direkter Kontakt mit Endanwendern am Service Desk an den Kunden-Standorten in Süddeutschland Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem und Dokumentation Deiner Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Dein Profil Das zeichnet Dich aus – Dein Profil! Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) oder bist Quereinsteiger (w/m/d) mit entsprechender Erfahrung und Motivation Du besitzt Praxiserfahrung im IT Support (First- und Second Level), Kundensupport, Telefonsupport bzw.
