Deine Aufgaben Als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) bei StoryMachine trägst du eine zentrale Rolle in der strategischen Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich der digitalen Kommunikation. Deine umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und deine ausgeprägten Leadership-Skills ermöglichen es dir, Teams effektiv zu führen und Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig zu stärken. Du bist nicht nur die Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen und Kunden, sondern auch eine treibende Kraft für Innovation und Qualität in der Projektumsetzung. Dabei arbeitest du mit namhaften Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen zusammen – von mittelständischen Marktführern bis zu internationalen DAX-Konzernen. Deine Aufgaben Projektsteuerung auf strategischer Ebene: Entwickle und implementiere komplexe, strategische Projektansätze, um langfristige Geschäftserfolge zu sichern. Leadership: Übernimm die Leitung von multidisziplinären Projektteams und unterstütze deren Weiterentwicklung durch Mentoring und Coaching.
