Bei The Quality Group (TQG), bekannt durch ESN und More, suchen wir dich als engagierten Talent Acquisition Specialist (gn) mit Fokus auf den Operations-Bereich. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für alle BlueCollar-Positionen, insbesondere in Produktion, Logistik und angrenzenden Bereichen. Du findest, begeisterst und gewinnst die Menschen, die unsere Produkte möglich machen – von der Herstellung bis zur Auslieferung. Diese Position ist an unserem Standort in Elmshorn oder Kaltenkirchen angesiedelt. Für die Zusammenarbeit im Team bist du in der Regel 1–2 Mal pro Woche sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort. An den restlichen Tagen arbeitest du flexibel aus dem Home Office oder unserem Headquarter in Hamburg-Ottensen. Die Position ist zunächst befristet auf 12 Monate.
