Value ist die Mitarbeiter-App für Pflegeeinrichtungen: Bonussystem und Benefits, Messenger und Newsfeed, Puls-Befragungen und Gesundheitsangebote in einer App. Damit Pflegekräfte gerne in ihrem Job bleiben. Unsere App entwickelt sich ständig weiter – und genau deshalb suchen wir dich: eine Person, die native Mobile-Entwicklung für iOS und Android mit einem guten Gespür für UI/UX und Produktentwicklung verbindet. Der Schwerpunkt der Rolle liegt dabei klar auf der Entwicklung. Bei uns bist du nicht einfach dafür verantwortlich, Anforderungen technisch umzusetzen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, aktiv mitzugestalten, wie sich unser Produkt weiterentwickelt – von der ersten Idee über das UX-Konzept und das Design bis hin zur technischen Umsetzung.
