About EHG EH Group (EHG) is a rapidly growing fuel cell power platform delivering onsite power to AI data centers, defense, and industry. Our fuel-agnostic proton exchange membrane (PEM) systems scale from kW-scale units to GW-scale power plants, and we design, manufacture, and deploy them for customers worldwide. Founded in Switzerland, EHG is now expanding into the United States, fueled by exponential AI data center power demand and a soon-to-be-announced major investment round. This is a defining, high-growth chapter for the company. The opportunity We're hiring a Quality Manager to own a single quality system across both of our production streams — our established MW-scale facility in Nyon, Switzerland and our new US operation in Houston, Texas. You'd be based in Nyon, where our production and process knowledge sits today, and own quality for the US operation as it stands up. The requirement is explicit: quality must be identical at both sites. Same specifications, same control plans, same acceptance criteria, same records.
