Headquarters: Remote - US This is Legal at Lattice The Lattice Legal team is looking for an experienced, business-minded Senior Contracts Manager to help lead our commercial contracting function. In this role, you will independently manage a broad portfolio of customer, vendor, partnership, and other commercial agreements while serving as a trusted adviser to teams across the company. You will be expected to understand Lattice’s business, products, contracting standards, and risk framework well enough to resolve most matters independently, identify practical paths through difficult negotiations, and escalate issues with a clear assessment and recommendation. The right candidate combines strong contract judgment, operational discipline, commercial awareness, and fluency with modern legal technology and AI-assisted workflows. This is a highly cross-functional role supporting Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and other business teams.
