Du bist Eskalations-Endpunkt für deinen Bereich und eskalierst nur, was firmenstrategische Bedeutung hat. Die Bereichsstrategie entwickelst du eigenständig und bringst deine Themen aktiv in die Unternehmensstrategie ein. Was du verantwortest Bereich und Wachstum Verantworte einen eigenständigen Praxis-Bereich oder Standort in vollem Umfang, von der Strategie über den Output bis zum Beitrag zum Geschäftsergebnis.
