Wij zoeken geen recruiter die wacht op sollicitaties. adesso Nederland groeit. En de mensen die wij zoeken, zijn meestal niet actief op zoek naar een nieuwe baan. Daarom zoeken we een Senior Recruiter die recruitment écht beheerst. Iemand die begrijpt dat een vacature online zetten het begin is en niet de strategie. Je weet hoe je zelf de markt in gaat. Je searcht, sourcet, benadert en bouwt relaties op. Je probeert verschillende invalshoeken als een search niet werkt. Je kent LinkedIn Recruiter, maar weet ook dat sourcing meer is dan een paar zoektermen invoeren en InMails versturen. En misschien nog belangrijker: je hebt ideeën. Over waar we talent kunnen vinden. Over hoe we mensen kunnen benaderen. Over employer branding. Over onze propositie als werkgever. Over tooling, data, events, referrals, communities en alles wat ons kan helpen om betere mensen aan adesso te verbinden. Zie je een kans?
