Wir rekrutieren einen Software Test Engineer (m/w/d) für ein neu formiertes Team rund um ein Dynamics 365 Projekt. Das Testing wird von Grund auf neu aufgebaut, du bist also massgeblich an der Definition des Vorgehens beteiligt. Du testest im Sprint mit und verantwortest gleichzeitig die Teststrategie, das Testkonzept und die Testplanung. Du koordinierst die UAT mit dem Fachbereich und bringst Qualitätsstandards in ein Team, das seine Testing-Reife gerade aufbaut. Der Fokus liegt überwiegend auf manuellem Testing, mit der Möglichkeit, später in die Automatisierung hineinzuwachsen. Must-have Anforderungen Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software-Testing in agilen Umgebungen, sicher im Testfalldesign und in der Erstellung von Testkonzepten Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans) oder Jira Xray Erfahrung im Testing konfigurierter Business-Plattformen, idealerweise Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) oder Power Platform Sehr gutes Deutsch und fliessendes Englisch Nice-to-have Anforderungen ISTQB Zertifizierung Kenntnisse in Power Platform oder Azure Das erwartet dich Flexibler Homeoffice-Anteil, du entscheidest frei, ob du von zu Hause oder im Büro arbeitest Flache Hierarchien Grosszügige…
