Your Mission: Als Elektriker:in / Techniker:in (alle Geschlechter) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Fertigung, Montage, Prüfung und Instandhaltung unserer elektrischen Antriebssysteme für den Microliner, das erste vollelektrische Passagierflugzeug für neun Passagiere. Gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team integrierst und testest Du elektrische und mechanische Komponenten, führst Inbetriebnahmen durch und unterstützt den Aufbau unserer Prototypen. Mit Deiner Arbeit trägst Du direkt dazu bei, elektrische Luftfahrt Realität werden zu lassen. Your Day-to-Day: Montage und Fertigung von Nieder- und Hochvolt-Batteriekomponenten sowie Baugruppen. Diagnose, Analyse und Meldung von Fehlern an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen. Dokumentation von Fertigungsdaten im Produktionssystem. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteam zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Anlagen, Betriebsmitteln und Reparaturlösungen. Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle montierten Komponenten die geforderten Standards und Spezifikationen erfüllen.
