Aufgabenfeld Betreuung und Optimierung der ERP-Systemlandschaft inklusive der Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen Support-Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter Planung und Durchführung von Systemaktualisierungen Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen Einrichtung und Administration verschiedener ERP-Module, Schnittstellen und weiterer Unternehmensapplikationen Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support / Kundenbetreuung / Helpdesk Grundkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z.B. Mesonic WineLine, SAGE, MS Dynamics NAV,…) wünschenswert Grundkenntnisse in MS SQL-Server sowie VB-Skript und Java Skript sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Problemlösungskompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Teamverständnis In unserer Bewerberansprache setzen wir auf das 'Du'.
