Description
Bei Infinos begleiten wir Menschen bei der medizinisch betreuten Gewichtsreduktion. Unser Support hilft bei Fragen zum Programm, zu Check-ins und zu organisatorischen Anliegen. Du betreust unsere Teilnehmer:innen vor allem per WhatsApp und E-Mail. Wir suchen Unterstützung in Teilzeit oder als Werkstudent:in mit rund 20 Wochenstunden, perspektivisch sind auch 25 bis 30 Stunden möglich. Deine festen Dienste liegen montags, mittwochs und freitags vormittags ab 07:30 Uhr, dazu kommen zwei Abende von 20 bis 22 Uhr. Bei Urlaub oder anderen Abwesenheiten übernimmst du nach Absprache Vertretungen. Du arbeitest vollständig remote und kannst ab sofort starten. Aufgaben Du beantwortest Fragen unserer Teilnehmer:innen per WhatsApp und E-Mail. Dabei arbeitest du nach unseren Leitfäden und dokumentierst die nächsten Schritte. Du unterstützt bei Check-ins, pflegst Behandlungspläne nach klaren Vorlagen und kümmerst dich um organisatorische Anliegen, etwa Lieferstatus oder Adressänderungen. Du erkennst, wann eine Frage ärztlich geklärt werden muss und leitest sie nach unseren Vorgaben weiter. Medizinische Entscheidungen liegen beim ärztlichen Team.
