Zur Verstärkung unseres Managed Service Teams suchen wir einen 1st & 2nd Level IT-Techniker und Support im Field Service (m/w/d). Du betreust unsere Kunden vor Ort in Berlin, Hannover und Sachsen oder aus dem Home Office und unterstützt bei technischen Störungen, Rollouts und IT-Projekten. Aufgaben Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Hard- und Softwarebereich 1.-2. Level Support von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Microsoft-Umgebungen Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients, Notebooks, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten Durchführung von Hardwareaustausch, Rollouts, Umzügen und IMAC-/IMACD-Services und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem Unterstützung des Service Desk/ Managed Service Team Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts an verschiedenen Kundenstandorten, zum Teil auch aus dem Home Office Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Field Service Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows-Clients und Standard-Hardware Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze bei Kunden Be…
