Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgebesetzung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet und in Vollzeit (38 h/Woche) einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter für Finanzen / Buchhaltung (w/m/d) Aufgaben Ihr Beitrag im Team: Prüfung von Lieferanten- und Speditionsrechnungen Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen und -ausgängen Durchführung des Mahnwesens Erstellung von Rechnungen sowie Gutschriften Erstellung finanzieller Auswertungen Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss und Jahresabschluss Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finanzprozesse Qualifikation Ihre Jobzutaten: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erfahrung in der Rechnungsprüfung wünschenswert Selbstständige, zielorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel Team- und KommunikationsfähigkeitEnglischkenntnisse sind von Vorte…
