Building the autonomous manufacturing revolution in Munich Anton Robotics is an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI and backed by over €1 million in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC. Based in Munich, the team builds scalable industrial robotics solutions to bridge the gap between frontier research and production-ready automation. Your role as Founding Engineer - Robotics Swiss Army Knife You will work on-site in Munich designing, building, and deploying versatile robotic systems that handle a wide range of integration challenges for autonomous manufacturing. This permanent, full-time position requires 40 hours per week with a 6-month probation period. What you will do Develop and integrate hardware and software solutions across diverse robotic platforms. Deploy production-ready automation systems for real industrial environments. Collaborate closely on core architecture to scale manufacturing applications.
