Description
Als Managed Delivery Lead (m/f/x) übernimmst du die operative und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für unseren Managed Service – von der Team- und Ressourcensteuerung bis zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Service-Portfolios. Du baust aus einem kleinteiligen, individuellen Kundengeschäft eine skalierbare, standardisierte Delivery-Struktur auf: weniger Sonderlösungen, mehr wiederholbare, produktisierte Services. Dabei gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie AI und Agentic SDLC unseren Managed Service in Zukunft prägen – von EvalOps über AgentOps bis FinOps. Aufgaben Übernimm die vollständige Delivery- und Ergebnisverantwortung für unseren Managed Service Führe und entwickle ein Team von 50–100 FTE – fachlich und disziplinarisch Verantworte Budget, Umsatz und Marge für deinen Bereich und triff fundierte Entscheidungen zu Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung Definiere und optimiere SLAs, Service-Level und operative Steuerungsgrößen (Auslastung, Forecasting, Qualität) Etabliere klare Prozesse und Standards und industrialisiere unsere Delivery über viele parallele Kunden und Projekte hinweg Entwickle wiederholbare, produktisierte Service-Angebote statt individueller Einzellösungen Verzahne Pr…
