Moving beyond daily ticket handling, you create and own the long-term roadmap, system standards, process automation, and vendor partnerships.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a self-starting engineer who creates long-term vision, dares to decide and takes ownership of outcomes. An analytical fixer with strong IT engineering and project skills: someone who automates a repetitive task once rather than resolve it manually twenty times.
