Learn more about our story at: [hidden - join free] About The Role We are looking for Senior User Acquisition Manager (UAM) to take full ownership of TikTok acquisition for D2C products. This is a hands-on media buying role. You will be the owner of TikTok as an acquisition channel for your brand: from account structure, bidding and budget allocation to creative testing, measurement and scaling. You will work against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback), not surface-level platform metrics, and you are expected to find and unlock new growth levers on your own. We work AI-first, so we also expect you to use Claude and automation to speed up campaign builds, analysis, reporting and optimization.
