Als Medical Affairs Lead Nephrologie DACH führen und entwickeln Sie das Medical-Advisor-Team in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Sie sorgen für einen konsistenten DACH-Ansatz und stellen zugleich sicher, dass lokale medizinische Anforderungen angemessen berücksichtigt werden. Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der (field-based) Medical Advisor in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Medical-Affairs-Strategie Nephrologie DACH Konsolidierung der Länderbeiträge in einem gemeinsamen DACH Medical Plan Länderübergreifende Priorisierung medizinischer Aktivitäten und Ressourcen Planung, Allokation, Forecasting und Monitoring des Medical-Budgets Nephrologie DACH Repräsentation des Medical-Advisor-Teams in DACH-weiten cross-funktionalen Teams und europäischen Gremien Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial, Market Access, MSL Lead, Patient Advocacy und weiteren Funktionen Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit unserer europäischen Mutterorganisation OPEL sowie weiteren europäischen und globalen Medical-Funktionen Erste Eskalationsinstanz für medizinische, organisatorische und ressourcenbezogene Fragestellungen Nat…
