Als Operational Lead zorg jij er samen met je team voor dat ons distributiecentrum in Amsterdam die belofte elke dag waarmaakt: duizenden boodschappen, op tijd en in topconditie bij onze klanten. Wat je gaat doen Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele gang van zaken op de vloer. De Operationeel Manager stuurt jou iedere dag aan, en zal je ook begeleiden bij je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en je langetermijndoelen. Je geeft dagelijks operationeel leiding aan onze Team Leads en bent verantwoordelijk voor de operatie in en rondom het volledige warehouse, niet slechts één hal of afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team iedere dag gemotiveerd is en doelstellingen op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid haalt. Je werkt nauw samen met de Warehouse Managers om beleid te formuleren en zorgt voor innovatie in de processen. Je garandeert een goede implementatie van nieuwe initiatieven. Je zorgt met de Personeelsplanner voor een juiste planning op basis van financiële doelstellingen. Je bent de spil van het warehouse.
