Deine AufgabenAls Team Lead Lead Development Product übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Lead-Development-Teams im Product-Umfeld. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass technische Anforderungen strukturiert bewertet, konzipiert und in nachhaltige Lösungen für unser ERP-System APplus überführt werden. In deiner Rolle verbindest du People Leadership mit technischer und operativer Steuerung. Du schaffst Transparenz über laufende Themen, Kapazitäten, Risiken und Prioritäten, entwickelst dein Team weiter und stellst klare Arbeitsweisen und Qualitätsstandards sicher. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Nähe zu unserem Produkt: Du behältst technische Konsistenz, Standardnähe und Wiederverwendbarkeit im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass Erfahrungen und Anforderungen aus Projekten sinnvoll in die Weiterentwicklung von APplus einfließen.
