Wir suchen...Dich als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Customer Success (w/m/d). Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen beim Remote-Onboarding ihrer smarten Energiegeräte und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Dabei kannst du deine Leidenschaft für User Experience und kund:innenzentrierte Kommunikation einbringen – in einem Team, das zusammen stärker ist und jeden Tag besser werden will. Wenn Du daran Spaß hastAls Werkstudent:in im Technical Support übernimmst du einen eigenen Verantwortungsbereich rund um unseren Energiemanager, bearbeitest technische Supportfälle zu Konnektivität, Betriebsweise, Wärmepumpensteuerung, PV- und Batteriesystemen eigenständig und eskalierst nur klar definierte Fälle an den 3rd Level. Du analysierst und diagnostizierst technische Fehlerbilder, wertest Anlagendaten und Logs aus und dokumentierst die Ursachen nachvollziehbar im Ticket. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen definierten Self-Service-Bereich: Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Fälle, entwickelst AI-gestützte Fall Klassifikationen, geprüfte Inhalte und Agenten-Workflows und misst deren Wirkung.
