Worum geht's? Um den Aufbau unserer Training/Academy in Deutschland. Du gestaltest von Anfang an mit und legst das Fundament für ein neues Geschäftsfeld. Um echte Differenzierung am Markt, mit Lernlösungen, die Organisationen dabei helfen, sich in einer Welt des ständigen Wandels weiterzuentwickeln, und die für unsere Kund:innen unverzichtbaren Mehrwert schaffen. Diese Rolle ist keine klassische Vertriebsposition. Du bist Vertrauensperson, Beziehungsaufbauer:in und jemand, der dort Chancen erkennt, wo andere zunächst nur eine weiße Landkarte sehen. Und Du nutzt, was schon da ist: das Vertrauen, das emagine bei bestehenden Kund:innen bereits aufgebaut hat und Dein eigenes Netzwerk im Trainingsmarkt. Was ist Dein Beitrag? Du baust das Training/Academy-Geschäft in Deutschland vertrieblich von Grund auf und gewinnst neue Kund:innen für unsere Lern- und Trainingsangebote (Scrum, Product Owner, Agile Coach, ...)
