Deine Rolle Du möchtest die finanzielle Steuerung eines wachsenden Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten und dabei eng mit Accounting und Management zusammenarbeiten? Als Senior Financial Controller (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Finanzorganisation. Du verantwortest Forecasts, Budgetplanung und Cash-Flow-Analysen, entwickelst unser Reporting weiter und unterstützt mit fundierten Analysen strategische Entscheidungen. Dabei kombinierst du Finance-Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für Prozesse, Zahlen und Unternehmenssteuerung. Deine Aufgaben Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Szenarioanalysen Finance Business Partner für Accounting und weitere interne Stakeholder Erstellung und Überwachung von Cash-Flow-Planungen Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Kalkulationen und Finanzkennzahlen Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer BI-Landschaft Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Finance-Systeme und Schnittstellen Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studi…
