Was diesen Job so besonders macht?Als Senior Vendor Manager / Lieferantenmanager Telekommunikation (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Glasfaserausbau von OXG. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Bau- und Ausbaupartner zuverlässig, qualitativ hochwertig und wirtschaftlich arbeiten – und bringst gleichzeitig moderne Tools und KI‑Ansätze in unser Lieferantenmanagement ein. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Baupartnern zusammen, um die Qualität ihrer Leistungen und Produkte innerhalb der vereinbarten Zeit- und Budgetziele sicherzustellen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Ausbaupartnern reviewst du regelmäßig und engmaschig Qualität und Lieferleistung: Du überwachst die Performance verschiedener Partner und Lieferanten und treibst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen voran, um Prozesse und Produktivität kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du gehst Qualitätsabweichungen bei Partnern systematisch nach und identifizierst Ursachen und stellst sicher, dass Maßnahmenpläne entwickelt und fristgerecht umgesetzt werden.
