Was diesen Job so besonders macht?Als Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser People & Culture Team mit einem Schwerpunkt im Recruiting und wirkst entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle mit. Von der ersten Ansprache potenzieller Kandidatinnen bis zu Themen rund um Entwicklung, Zusammenarbeit und Kultur. Dein Hauptfeld ist das Recruiting: Du formulierst und überarbeitest Stellenanzeigen, sichtest Bewerbungen und Profile und recherchierst passende Zielgruppen sowie Kanäle. Dabei bringst Du Dein Gespür dafür ein, welche Persönlichkeiten fachlich und kulturell zu uns passen. Je nach Bedarf bist Du auch in anderen People-&-Culture-Bereichen eingebunden, etwa beim Onboarding neuer Kolleg*innen, in der internen Kommunikation oder bei Formaten und Initiativen, die unsere Lernkultur und Zusammenarbeit stärken. Darüber hinaus übernimmst Du organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben, unterstützt bei Recherchen und bereitest Daten für Auswertungen und Präsentationen auf, sodass sie eine verlässliche Grundlage für Entscheidungen im Recruiting und HR-Bereich bilden.
