Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich 3D-Druck, der mit technischem Verständnis, Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für innovative Technologien die Qualität unserer Produktionsprozesse und Kundenerlebnisse aktiv mitgestaltet. Aufgaben Überwachung der Produktion von Kundenaufträgen im Bereich additiver Fertigung Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Fragen zu ihren Bestellungen und Materialien Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer Print Factory, um Qualität und Effizienz unserer Print Partner kontinuierlich zu verbessern Erstellung von Performance-Analysen zur Bewertung und Optimierung der Druckpartner Bearbeitung von Reklamationen inklusive Organisation von Nachlieferungen und Qualitätssicherung Unterstützung in der Logistik, um einen reibungslosen Warenfluss und termingerechte Lieferungen sicherzustellen Qualifikation Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.
