The Role Are you eager to gain hands-on experience applying modern AI technologies to solve real-world operational challenges? We are looking for a Working Student – AI & Operations to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between operational teams and technical implementation. You will work closely with Business Operations to understand day-to-day workflows and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to build, refine, and deploy a modern AI agent. By translating operational needs into capable AI solutions, you will reduce manual tasks and empower our teams to work smarter and faster—ultimately helping us better serve our patients. Job responsibilities Translate operational needs: Act as the bridge between business workflows and technical implementation by translating requirements into clear specifications for AI solutions. Design & refine AI workflows: Apply prompt engineering and modern AI techniques (e.g., structured prompting, iteration, and evaluation) to design, test, and improve AI agent capabilities continuously.
