We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation to lead the design, execution, and analysis of our global incentive programs and non-standard deal structures. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll own the full compensation lifecycle—from plan design to payouts—while also overseeing non-standard deal analysis and strategy. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Legal to ensure our compensation and deal frameworks drive sustainable growth, align with company goals, and motivate high performance.
