Deine MissionDu willst neben deinem Studium praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting sammeln und nicht nur Bewerbungen verwalten? Dann kannst du bei uns direkt mitmachen: von der Stellenausschreibung über das erste Gespräch mit Kandidat bis hin zur Direktansprache Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenanzeigen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue Wege, passende Kandidat zu erreichen.Du sichtest Bewerbungen, führst erste Screenings durch und übernimmst selbstständig Telefoninterviews – insbesondere für unseren Standort Frankfurt (Oder) Du unterstützt uns bei der Direktansprache von Kandidat*innen für unsere Commercial- und IT-Positionen und entwickelst unsere Active-Sourcing-Ansätze weiter Du probierst neue Tools und KI-Anwendungen im Recruiting aus und hilfst uns dabei, herauszufinden, wo sie im Recruiting wirklich einen Mehrwert bieten Du übernimmst auch administrative Aufgaben im Recruiting und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wenn du Prozesse einfacher, schneller oder besser machen möchtest Das klingt nach dirDu bist immatrikulierte*r Student*in – ein Schwerpunkt im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Richtung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss Du kommunizierst gerne und sich…
