Description
We’re seeking a driven AI Lead to take ownership of AI across one of the fastest-growing legal tech companies in Europe, leading the development and evolution of our core AI products. This role combines applied generative AI development with AI leadership, balancing hands-on work on production systems with leading the AI team, defining the roadmap, and establishing best practices for AI across the company. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you’ll be responsible for the entire AI function: setting direction, building systems, and enabling the organization to effectively leverage AI. You will work closely with product and engineering leadership to deliver reliable AI features while continuously improving infrastructure, observability, and evaluation workflows across all AI products. For a leader with strong experience building and deploying AI systems in production, this is an opportunity to own multiple AI products, scale a high-performing AI team, and shape how AI is applied across the company.
