Our customers are NATO-aligned militaries and defense institutions, and our systems are regularly deployed during live exercises and operational demonstrations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for Alta Ares' Hardware and Engineering teams, focusing on critical technical roles across R&D, Production and Industrialization. Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for key hardware profiles, including electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, embedded systems engineers, FPGA specialists, test engineers and industrialization experts.
