About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Global Payroll team and play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of payroll across our international markets. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for overseeing payroll activity across multiple countries. You will bring strong payroll expertise, sound judgement and a proactive approach to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time and in compliance with local legislation. Working closely with the Payroll Team, internal HR and People teams, Finance, Tax and external payroll providers, you will take ownership of complex payroll activities, provide subject-matter expertise and act as a key escalation point for payroll issues.
