Deine Mission bei ucm:Du ziehst im direkten Umfeld der Geschäftsführung mit: im Tagesgeschäft und bei Projekten, die das Unternehmen voranbringen. Du arbeitest nicht im Backoffice, sondern direkt neben den Entscheidern. Du hältst der Geschäftsführung den Rücken frei, sorgst dafür, dass Dinge erledigt werden, und übernimmst eigene Special Projects vom Auftrag bis zum Ergebnis. Erfolg heißt: Die Geschäftsführung verlässt sich darauf, dass Zugesagtes erledigt wird, Meetings vorbereitet sind, bevor sie gebraucht werden, und deine Special Projects mit sichtbarem Ergebnis landen. Support & Entlastung: Du hältst der Geschäftsführung den Rücken frei und sorgst dafür, dass Dinge zuverlässig erledigt werden Special Projects: Du verantwortest eigene Themen direkt an der Geschäftsführung, vom Auftrag bis zum Ergebnis Koordination & Vorbereitung: Du steuerst Termine, Unterlagen und Recherchen und bereitest Meetings so vor, dass Entscheidungen fallen Du willst mehr als einen "Job", du willst neben einer Geschäftsführung mitgestalten und sehen, wie ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen von innen gesteuert wird?
