Das Crew Resource Management Team ist auf die erfolgreiche Durchführung des OMR Festivals spezialisiert und gewährleistet einen reibungslosen Ablauf durch hohe Expertise in der Dispositionsplanung, Arbeitsbereichsplanung und Personalkoordination. Mit dem Entwickeln und Implementieren innovativer Konzepte, bildet das Crew Resource Management Team die Brücke zwischen der Festival Crew und dem OMR Festival & Events Team. Für die nächsten Festivals wollen wir noch besser aufgestellt sein und suchen ab Anfang Januar oder Februar 2027 bis ca. Ende Juni Unterstützung.
