You will: Advanced Analytics: Develop innovative measurement and analytical approaches that build an understanding of performance and customers, embedding these learnings into day-to-day decision-making across the organisation. Quantitative Analysis: Answer complex business questions through detailed quantitative analysis and experimentation, extracting meaningful and actionable insights. Strategic Influence: Influence both strategic and tactical decision-making among leadership and cross-functional teams through strong communication and by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Data Infrastructure: Act as the primary partner for central Analytics & Data Engineering teams to implement reliable and scalable data pipelines that manage and transform essential information. Commercial Modeling: Build the necessary models and tools to inform pricing strategies, helping stakeholders maintain a competitive position versus competitors while maximizing margin opportunity.
